Clinical Pilates focuses on the retraining and recruitment of these stabilizing muscles (core stability) as well as improving posture, strength and flexibility.(1)
Clinical Pilates, combines our Physios, in -depth anatomy, pathology and exercise physiology knowledge and training boosted by their Pilates training, This all means our Pilates classes are able to be adjusted, modified and individualized to meet your individual needs, based on clinical assessment.
Note: Before starting clinical Pilates classes, a 1 in 1 individual session is needed to be completed. and from then on all classes are a maximum of four people per class.
